Me parece un ejercicio bastante practico y util de como utilizar las enseñanzas dle Ayurveda en nuestro mundo occidental.
Sin embargo hay un elemento que quedo trunco. Al final del primer capitulo se formula un cuestionario para determinar la tipología corporal de cada uno.
Sin embrago en los capitulos posteriores las recomendaciones tienen reducida asociación a las distintas clasificaciones que dan como resultado la realización de dicho cuestionario.
No me parecio una hilación adecuada.

Most revealing book I've ever read. It sure gives you the path to a new way of living to extend your healthy life. The reading is so light and rich, that you can even imagine being talking with Dr. Chopra. The only thing that I did not like, and it is because of the Kindle Format, are the tests that are so small, the image can not be increase the size, I suggest to have a notebook with you in order to answer the tests and define your dosha.

Algunas cosas no me quedaron claras...no cumplió las expectativas que tenía del libro, le hace falta ejemplificar más para quienes no conocemos nada de la ayurveda.
