En tiempos de fanatismo vale la pena leer a Erasmo

Este breve libro es muy didáctico. Personalmente ignoraba casi todo sobre Erasmo y sobre su influencia en la Reforma Protestante. Más que una biografía este libro de Zweig es un relato sobre la evolución de las ideas, y sobre la lucha entre la razón y la pasión. Vivimos hoy tiempos tan difíciles como los que vivió Erasmo, y como los que vivió Zweig en 1938 cuando escribió el libro. El mensaje de Erasmo continúa actual, pero sigue sin ser escuchado...
